Sunset Addition
A 3100 s.f. 3 bedroom Victorian house is big by San Francisco standards. But with 3 kids, 2 dogs and a part time live-in parent, with only one full bathroom, it was nowhere close to big enough for this family.
The main challenge was creating a more modern open floor plan that transitioned to the more enclosed front rooms while preserving some of the traditional feeling.
Ceiling details helped create some order, and define the spaces within the open plan
